This Privacy Policy describes how PDF Flipbook ("we", "us", or "our") collects and uses information when you install and use the PDF Flipbook Shopify app.

When you install and use PDF Flipbook, we collect:

• Shop information — your Shopify store domain, provided automatically during the OAuth installation flow.
• PDF files — files you upload to create flipbooks. These are stored securely on Amazon S3.
• Flipbook metadata — titles, page counts, and creation dates associated with your uploaded flipbooks.

We do not collect personal information about your customers or store visitors.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the PDF Flipbook service — rendering your PDFs and generating shareable flipbook links.
• To associate your flipbooks with your Shopify store so you can manage them from the app.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on infrastructure hosted by Railway (database) and Amazon Web Services S3 (PDF files and rendered pages). Both providers maintain industry-standard security practices.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties. We share data only with the infrastructure providers listed above, solely to operate the service.

Flipbook Visibility

Flipbooks are accessible to anyone with the shareable link. Do not upload PDFs containing sensitive or confidential information.

Data Retention

Your flipbooks and associated data are retained for as long as you have the app installed. If you uninstall the app, you may contact us to request deletion of your data.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
